Tamica Tina GrahamMy journey as an educator began in Jamaica where I completed a 3 year teacher education program alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Education, with a major in Clothing and Housing. I have over 9 years of teaching experience in Grades 7-12 Home Economics, commonly referred to as Family Studies and Social Science in Ontario. I recently completed my first year in the Master of Teaching program (MT) with a focus in Primary/Junior division at OISE. I am currently an M.Ed candidate in the CTL department at OISE. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with family and friends, cooking, listen to music and going to the beach.

Yvonne LaiI work with students all year round from K-12, in various environments such as summer camp, the classroom, leadership and after school programs, and the ROM. I love exploring education outside the classroom as different sites of learning. I am currently supply teaching, hoping to teach in my own classroom someday, while taking courses towards my Masters Degree with a focus on Social Justice Education. In my spare time I love painting, crafting, roller coasters and trying new restaurants. In making this website, I learned more about ePortfolios and am eager to explore both types (assessment & showcase) with my students.

Jody RobertsI am in my 6th year teaching at The York School, a co-educational independent school in downtown Toronto. I teach middle school (grades 6-8) visual arts. I am currently working on my masters (MEd in CTL) part time at OISE. I have a strong interested in all things artistic - from painting and photography on my own to bringing creativity and technology into every lesson I teach. Since taking Jack Miller's Holistic Education course last summer, I have tried to bring key principals of balance, listening and meditation into my practice and daily life as a teacher. I often find that when using technology one must (how often does it "just stop working"?!). I am looking forward to using ePortfolios in my classroom to build the quality of student design and sketchbooks to the next level.
